The split-level, ground-floor apartment features four bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. The open-plan lounge and dining area provide a welcoming space for socialising. Access to a patio area, overlooking the lake, provides a gas BBQ, picnic table, and easy access to an outdoor fire pit on the waterfront.

Bedrooms
Dauphine 3 accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature queen-sized beds, while the remaining two are furnished with two single beds each.
Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom. For comfort, electric column heaters are installed in all bedrooms, and wall-mounted heaters are provided in each ensuite. Additional blankets and pillows are available in every room, and all linen is supplied.
Other Ammenities
The spacious living area has full length windows to take in the lake views. A reverse-cycle air conditioner as well as a slow combustion fireplace to keep the space cosy in winter (BYO firewood). There is a smart TV and video player.
